Hop on over to Harvey’s for some homemade spring treats from Anna Banana’s Homemade Goodness while the Easter Bunny visits. Southborough native Sarah Whiteman started a small confectionary business 8 years ago after making snow toffee with her 2 1/2 year old daughter, Anna and expanded her business in 2012 when her daughter Celia was born. Product offerings range from salted dark chocolates to handmade turtles, milk chocolate with homemade toffee to the most outrageous peanut butter cups and homemade marshmallows. Taste these decadent delights for yourself at our pop up shop and take some treats home with you!

We invite you to join us in a 4-week series learning and practicing the basics of yoga, meditation, breath work and everyday mindfulness in the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of our greenhouse.

 

In this 4- week Beginner’s Yoga & Mediation Series, we will explore the basics and foundations of yoga. This series is designed for those completely new to the practice or those looking to “get back to basics.” This will include information such as: general history, benefits, the basic principles, common terminology, different types and techniques of breath work, mediation and of course the asanas (or physical practice). You will be guided through healthy alignment in every pose to build strength and mobility. We will always start with the most accessible variation of each pose and build up from there. There are always modifications to fit your body’s needs. Learn to slow down, listen to your body and build a more balanced mind and body on and off the mat. This series will be led by our own Leah Loftus, 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing. Water will also be available for purchase in the Gift Barn prior to the start of class. The Gift Barn will be open until 6:15pm. Chairs are available during class for comfortable discussion and meditation.
